Our warehouse is located in Moscow, Russia and we pass your savings on shipping directly to your address.

Combined shipping discount

We combine items and calculate shipping rate on the basis of total weight of the order (not separate items). Thus you don’t overpay for delivery.

Delivery methods

All shipments are made by International Airmail or UPS. Other expedited deliveries methods like FedEx or DHL are also possible by specific request. While checking out the order you will be offered the choice of several delivery methods to choose as you wish basing on price and transit time. In general, we have our shipping charges directly on the rates we get directly from International Airmail and UPS. These rates tend to calculate the weight of the shipment with the location of where it is being delivered.

If your order is specific or we face any kind of problems shipping in time you will be notified as soon as possible. If you have no time to wait for shipping we will refund your money or come to another mutual agreement.

Shipping Rates

We charge you the shipping costs that we must pay to Airmail or UPS. All our additional expenses for handling and wrapping are free. Here are shipping rates of International Airmail from Moscow to US and Europe:

Packing

Most of items come to us from individual craftsmen and therefore are not packed properly. In order to protect them for delivery and make package more attractive and even suitable to be a gift we repack all our products. For this we use fine wrap paper and then pack into a nice individual carton box.

Most of small products are shipped in an envelope with inside protective air cover. Others we pack in post customized carton boxes using protective stuff.

Order tracking

When purchasing a product from Souveniroff, you'll automatically setup an account by registering your email address and creating a password. To track an order, just log into the My Account area and click on the "Order Status" link. There you will see a list of all your past and existing orders. Once you find the order you want to track, click on its status link to display your tracking information.

Unfortunately International Airmail from Russia doesn’t provide us with international tracking number and it’s only possible to check whether parcel left Russia. If order was sent via UPS or similar expedited delivery service we will provide you a tracking number immediately.

Risk of loss

We take all responsibility for delivery until the order can be tracked in Russia. At the same time we don’t bear responsibility for delivery outside of Russia. As Russian post tracking numbers can’t be tracked outside of Russia we are not able to know whether order delivered or not.

If order cannot be delivered by the reason of wrong address you provided us we don’t refund money for order as well as shipping cost.

Customs duty, taxes and fees

In most cases our products are not subjected to customs duty, taxes and fees during import to US, Europe and other countries because of small value. However if any additional costs required to import to the country of destination, they must be borne by the buyer.
