We refund 100% (including shipping) if we are unable to ship the item by any reason. Though all our items in store are always available for shipping it may happen that we cancel the order by any reason. Then you immediately get you money back.
We refund 100% (excluding shipping) If you are not satisfied with your selection. Souveniroff has a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your selection, you must contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the item to receive a return authorization. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You will be responsible to ship and insure the item to be returned. All returned items must be in mint condition.
We refund 100% (including shipping) if parcel was shipped and lost by the post before left Russia. We take all responsibility for the Russian Post until the order can be tracked in Russia. At the same time we don’t bear responsibility when the parcel left Russia. As Russian post tracking numbers can’t be tracked outside of Russia we are not able to know whether order delivered or not.
We refund 100% (excluding shipping) if item was defected. Souveniroff inspects all items before they leave our store to ensure that they are in mint condition. But we can’t guarantee a perfect delivery made by post. The defective item can be replaced by new one after return.
Other refunds
We refund 80% (including shipping) if you cancel the paid order until it shipped (normally the day the cleared payment received).
We don’t refund if order was shipped to the wrong address provided by the buyer.
We don’t refund if order was shipped but not delivered.
Refund conditions
In all appropriate cases items must be returned in original cases and in the same conditions.
To return an item please ship it back in the same package as you received. Please make sure to pack the returning parcel well.
